I don't like vegemite...I tried to force myself to eat it because it's supposed to have the good vitamin Bs, then I couldn't...so I added it in my cooking, then I hated the whole dishes...so I guess that means I don't like it. :(

haha, yeah I'd say that's a good sign it's not for you! I think you have to be brought up on the stuff really.. I can't live without it

Neither they're both the kind of poo you have after 15 pints of Guinness. Never had 15 pints of Guinness in one night? Look at Marmite or Vegemite and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Bovril is the only nearly acceptable brown paste-link substance there is.

Marmite and it has to be NEW ZEALAND MARMITE - none of this British shit.

Yeah, the Marmite made in Australia/NZ is quite different to the British one. As far as I know the Brit's one is based on meat products whereas the one in AU/NZ is actually made by a company who more or less swears by vegetarianism. Their Marmite is a yeast extract.

And it's the only one I have.

marmite in the UK is meat product based? Wow, never knew.. So it's actually more like bovril, really.

Neither. I say spam... doesn't look like poop, smells nicer, comes in a can verses a jar and tastes a lot better then Vegemite or Marmite.

There's a difference between NZ and UK marmite? what is it??
