They are not hard. It's just that men never bothered to think of things from their perspective.

Men are usually to the point, practical and direct. What we say is what we want and we're insensitive.

Women for the most part think with their emotions as well as their heads. Sensitivity and empathy is an important factor.

There are exceptions to the rule of course, but we're talking in general here. All you have to do is think empathically. Women like it when a guy is sensitive enough to give a damn about other people (emotionally speaking) including them. If you care inwards, that's going to be hard to understand when is comes to understanding women.

This point is there are way too many exceptions!

What makes them tick?

Shoes.

Can we live without them?

No.

If you care enough to take the time to be sensitive, to look, to truly listen, and also to hear what is being said, you can then begin to build a foundation of understanding.

My words aren't just restricted to understanding women, they apply to men, as well.

Find those exceptions then. If you can find a woman who's as insensitive as a guy and completely secure about themselves. Date them and don't let go. Seriously.

Just think from their perspective. It's not hard unless you keep thinking it's hard. Women are people too. That's the most important point to keep in mind.

Yes, "women are people too", and so are men. LOL None of us (in both genders) should be stereotyped or labeled as "complicated".

When you start figuring men and women are just people, you will have evolved and both genders will warmly welcome you!

From experience, men are just as complicated. It's not gender specific. Learning to understand another human isn't simple; it's a complex process that takes years of growth.

My sentiments exactly! My double x's do not determine my depth of emotion; I do. When you stop declaring all women to be complicated and cease to lump us into a single category, you'll discover that each one of us has our own feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

For the record, I'm less complicated than most of my friends, males included. As I said, it's an individual thing.

Live without women? (gasps) Sure you can! If you don't want to procreate. haha I don't think we are all that complicated. I agree with LoriM.

Men are just as complicated to us as we are to them.

I don't think that we, both male and female, can live without each other.

We are different and I'm certainly not one to say I know or even begin to understand how to navigate those differences.

But yes, women need to be here and men need to be here on earth together, in one way and at one level or another.:)

Ying and yang always sums it up for me. Way I see it you can have male and female traits and be whatever gender - it's just the two sides of the coin and we blend to make the world go around as part of the human soup.
