Yeah...mine is just a "ring ring" type sound. Occasionally (I don't know why) it reverts back to the default "Hello Moto" song. Which is really annoying, but I'm too lazy to change it.
I don't do the ringtone thing either..well, as far as music and fancy rings go. I go for the simplest and most non-spastic 'ring' that comes installed on the phone.
Even in meetings where others usually have their phones laying out, I find the vibrate mode on most of them loud enough to get my attention.
Usually got a song in my head for most of the day, or have a radio or iTunes going in the background anyway. Don't need a phone to add to all that noise.
My phone has been on silent+vibration for about 5 years. I usually keep it in my pocket or close by, so I find no real need to use a ringtone. All of them eventually drive me crazy anyway, so having none is the minimalist answer to that problem.
Edit: Somebody just walked into class, half an hour late, only to walk right back out again due to his phone ringing. He had the old-fashioned realistic ringtone.
Smooth </sarcasm>.
The bridge to Azure Ray's "Nothing Like a Song", but a few custom ones for people too...like "Final Countdown" for a friend who likes Arrested Development. Makes me laugh whenever he calls!
I have a few. The default is Call Me by Pretty Ricky (yes, I like Pretty Ricky), my best girl friends have Juicy by Biggie, and I have Leave Me Alone by Michael Jackson for one select person, that way I know not even to waste my time looking at the phone.
Mine is the chorus to "Black Mamba" by the Academy Is... :
Pick it up pick it up it's what you wanted
Pick it up pick it up and you need it too
Of course, that's not the part of the song I was thinking of when I bought the ringtone without listening to it first, but it's hilarious as a ringtone.
I have the old movie Tarzan yell for my Loud setting and the Iphone default for Soft setting. (Nope, it's not an iPhone.) And monkeys yelling for my Alert sound.
The Alarm ringtone in the iPhone. I get some strange looks when I pull it out! It basically sounds like a bomb alarm like you heard in some of the Austin Powers movies (I think the first one).

I've got the realistic phone ringing one on my iPhone. I've never been a big fan of custom ringtones so yeah, I'm boring.

Presently it's.... silenced 95% of the time. But the few moments when it's allowed to ring it is Capital G by Nine Inch Nails.

All my friends have their own ringtones. For everyone else, it's "Wrong Number" by The Cure.
A friend of mine's ringtone was a recording of him saying "Ring ring... ring ring" in a deep, deadpan voice.

On my old phone, an incoming call from my brother would ring with Napoleon Dynamite saying "Frickin' Idiot!" over and over...
My new phone is a Go Phone so it sucks royal butt.

I change my ringtones and sms alerts often, but I have two that I use most of the time because I really like them. Both courtesy of Jill Scott...
My Ringtone: Hello, hello, hello, hello...
My SMS Alert: I was just thinking about you...

Pretty cool or extremely square depending on your affection for the seventies.
