I'm curious; obviously this is a forum type of community, so what other forums do you folks frequent?
I spend some time on nin-thespiral.com (the Nine Inch Nails fan club, because i'm a geek like that).
Being a fan of several Rev3 shows & the fanbase, I also post on the revision3 forums.
Finally, i can periodically be found the TechGuy.org forums if i'm feeling motivated to help other people, or in need of help for some problem i've run into :)

None. I don't think that I could devote that much time to more than one community. I think I would get exhausted.

There used to be a few -- Yayhooray, mostly -- but I don't really frequent any other forums anymore. Nothing to do with time constraints (though I'm sure they'd play a part now) I just got bored of them.

I usually find that if I write too much, I suck up most of my brain power.

Too many, mainly web & green issue related, of which this is the latest.
It's certainly nice be somewhere that isn't powered by the usual vbulletin software.

I used to post on Blogger talk, I actually was a Moderator there, but I disagreed with the founder on some, what I consider, important blogging ideas. So I asked to step down as a mod... she then banned me from the site and blocked my IP address. This was about a month ago so I am guessing it's permanent.
Anyway, no, 9 Rules is the only community I belong to... and I believe I'll keep it that way.

I glance around some forums every now and then, all AI related. But I don't get as involved as I do here. I'm with Michael on that, there's only so much energy & time to spare.

I don't really have time to invest in forums anymore now that I have a blog. I mean...I'm pretty much pushing the limit with 9rules notes but if I do have an opinion, it'll be on my blog. That's why I started that in the first place.

I've never been a big forum person. I'd rather lurk around a few random forums but never wanted to invest the time in participating. I save all my energy for Notes. :)

I'm always over at the Godbit forums, great great community there. Also forums for games I play. And like sorrow, post at the Clutch forums, though less frequently than the others.

Just this one.
I've never really liked forums, the same goes for chatrooms.
This is the first forum that's not really a forum and I love it. :)

I visit the Luminous Landscape and read some photography talk, but I spend most of my time uploading images to my website and trying to keep it alive and kicking.

I used to post at the Turtle Times forum quite frequently, but I couldn't spend much time there lately due to other commitments. Ouh, and I'm also a member of the MalaysiaBloggers forum -- it's good to be a part of something local sometimes :) And, Chris Garrett's Authority Blogger forum is also a good place to learn about blogging :)

I'm really surprised: i definitely thought that people posting on here must -- for the most part -- be the "forum posting type"!
Cheers for the responses
