SLEEP. Because I went to bed so late. But I'd also...

- Go to Barnes & Noble and pick up another book
- Do laundry
- Sit outside at Starbucks and write in my journal
- Create a few playlists within my iTunes for various moods
- Look for a job on Monster
- Go to the doctors

I didn't have work today. I've taken the week off (except for an important meeting tomorrow morning) to sort out going back to college stuff and use up my remaining leave. I have spent the day so far filling in a passport application form, filling in a P92, calling off debt collectors because of £4 I owe HSBC (ridiculous), and tidying up the house, because we're getting it valued. Since then, Internet time!

I would be laying in my big soft comfy chair with a certain lady I met the weekend before last watching Hitchcock and Holy Grail, enjoying life and sleepy laziness. :)

Instead of being here at work, fighting to stay awake, conversing with you fine people. :)

I definitely would have did some freelance work and just relax in my own environment. I'd probably turn on my xbox 360 too, which I haven't done in weeks.

i work from home :)

Sleep in.

Clean the house, because it needs it, and we're having a big party next Saturday.

Wrap birthday gifts since I can never find a moment to. That's the hardest thing about cohabitating.

Watch soap operas because it's been so long since I've seen one.

Cook myself some scrambled egg whites and toast.

play my violin!

oh wait, I forgot...that's my work! :D

lol

(peroty - congrats on the lady ;) )

I really wish this question could come true. Today has just been... not fun. If I had had my choice, I would have fast forwarded to my holiday in two weeks time, where I'll be lazing on a Guernsey beach, basking in the sun, writing this bloody story I've had in my head for this past five years and need to finish, and generally doing nothing but what *I* want to do.

There would not be - and I cannot stress this enough - any sodding telephones. As extra icing on the cake I would be reading an article in the paper about how the entire design department at work had just been relocated to Outer Mongolia by a freak whirlwind where they are doomed to be attacked by rabid yaks for the rest of their natural lives.

Vidar I work from home too but we all know that it can lead to more temptation with nobody "watching" what we're doing during the day.

If I had nothing to do right now here's my list:

  • Take a long lunch, probably sit down and get some thai food
  • Hop over to Barnes and Noble and read magazines for about 40 minutes.
  • Sometime during those two activities make a tee time, then get over to the course early and hit balls so I'm warmed up.
  • Play 18 holes.

I would take a serious stab at finishing the book I'm reading for the past two weeks. If gas wasn't too expensive, I'd also check out some garage sales. If the weather was really bad, I'd catch a sappy movie on Lifetime, the kind tissues are needed with.

Golf.

I would sleep, watch movies and read. No internet either - but that's just because I'm on it so much.

I don't have to work today. The exciting things I'm doing include:

Going to the DMV to get my driver's license renewed,
Going to the bank to attend to some things,
Mowing the lawn,
Downloading some digital books onto my iPod.

Pretty exciting, huh?
