First concert was actually this year when I went to see Justin Timberlake. Was actually a good show and the only males were me and the guys on stage.

I've been listening to that lately. Nothing like some Criminal Minded to get me out of a writing mental block. :)
My first concert? My earliest memory was Troop (betcha you never heard of them) but I know for sure it was Michael Jackson because I bought the jacket. Not one word. Everyone was wearing that jacket...lol.

My first concert was called the Cali Comm Tour, with People Under the Stairs, Planet Asia, and Del the Funky Homosapien. It's still the best one I've been to.

First concert to listen: I was about 6 years old and my mom took us all to see Menudo.
First concert to perform: I was in 5th grade performing on stage for the first time on my Violin.
First concert to conduct: I was in high school, conducting the orchestra, performing Dvorak's Slavonic Dance #3.

I saw Menudo when I was about 6 or 7. I think I went to UB40 once, can't really remember. I also saw Chayenne a latin artist in concert. And last one I saw was Shakira, Tour of the Mongoose...best concert ever. Oh also saw Juanes, a small concert he give in Amsterdam.
And I just found out Gloria Estefan is giving a free concert tomorrow in Rotterdam, I'm thinking about going.

The first big concert I ever attended was Roger Waters. It was pretty much the most amazing display of music, visuals and free drugs I'd ever experienced, on such a ginormous scale

First biggie? Paula Abdul's world tour from back in the day. She was hot, I was young, it was magical. I also remember her featuring Color Me Bad as well. Pure cheese but Paula was worth it.

My first concert was with the folks when I was five or six seeing Willie Nelson at Radio City Music Hall. First concert without parents was Danzig with Soundgarden opening up at the Trocadero in Philly when I was sixteen. First arena show was Metallica at the Spectrum. First stadium was U2 at Veteran's Stadium in Philly.

I have no idea what my first concert was. When I was a teen I was going to local show halls and coffee houses to see local bands.
I know my first stadium concert was U2 on their achtung baby tour... but I'd been to maybe a dozen local shows before that.

Jealous of ericjohnson. Sigh.
I don't really wanna admit that my first concert was New Kids on the Block.
I didn't know you were a violinist too Gnorb! :) My first performance was a piano recital when I was 4 and I played Mary Had A Little Lamb with two hands. :D
My first "massive" was Crystal Method opening for Orbital in Long Beach.

MY first big concert was the Eagles with Jimmy Buffet opening. It was at the Orlando Orange Bowl and was unbelievable. I guess this really shows my age.

Paula Abdul Under My Spell tour.
Honestly I don't remember it, but I know I was there, because my parents told me so. Plus I use to have the t-shirt.

Mine was Rush in '04. You can't beat the 30th anniversary tour in their hometown (Toronto) with much. Also seeing them later this month.

My first concert? You guys can start giggling and rolling your eyes now because "American Pie" sung by Don McClean had everyone screaming the words. A couple of tshirts worn said "Save the Whales" LOL

Hanson. I'm ashamed, but they seem to have good indie music these days...

My first rock concert was Relient K in 2003. I was 13, I had the time of my life.
I'd been to other more subdued concerts before that though. I just don't really remember them.
I first played a piano concert in 1998, when I was 8. I can't remember what I played, but after the concert I had to go to this piano competition and play it again in front of a judge.
