Around this time of year especially, I just get tired of sitting in front of my computer all the time. For those of us that have large portions of our life invested in the internet (work, school, play, etc.) you can only cut back so much as things still have to get done. And there she is, mother internet, just waiting to help you do it.
So aside from selling all your possessions and joining the Peace Corps, what does everyone do to keep the energy up?
Lately I've been swimming twice a week (as much as mine and the university's schedule allows) and I want to get back into running and maybe some free weights. I also like going to dnb/trance/goa shows and dancing like an idiot. Food-wise I'm downing water, vegetables, etc.; and more or less avoiding junk/fast food save the fuckload of candy left over from Halloween.
Vitamins? Sun-lamps? Methamphetamines? Lots of sex? What does it for you?

I hit the beach and enjoy it. Sex doesn't help at all, Meths, umm, will have to try that...

Exercise and eating well are good, but do you get enough sleep? I know it's tempting to cut back when you're really busy, but if you're chronically sleep-deprived, that's not going to help your fatigue!
Although if you want to trick your body into needing as much sleep as it does in summer rather than as much as it needs in winter, sun lamps do work.

Like you, the computer is my lively hood, so I'm on it a lot in between meetings and such but to keep my energy up, I try to take a break every couple of hours and go for a walk.
I have a lot of hilly streets in my neighborhood, so walking up and down them gets my heart rate up.
In the evenings, if weather permits, I take my dog for walks or toss the ball around in the yard with her. That also gets my dogs heart rate up as well, so we both get an added boost of energy.
I also try having some snacks around, like peanuts or some sort of juice drink for a little sugar boost.

I dance. I have a house so there is always something to do. Of course I could finish some of the projects I started. Naw....

Hey Tyme, if you need something to do, you could always come help me finish up my bathroom? The new shower curtain should be arriving any day now.
I'd ask my lady but she's busy playing with her new add-on for SIMS.
I have free WiFi and cable TV... and Papa Murphy's Cinnamon Wheels ;)
